Payments:
Payments are accepted via Paypal and are due upon purchase.
Shipping:
All items are shipped within 48 hours (or sooner) upon receipt of payment. Items are shipped via Canada Post and approximate delivery times are as follows:
- within CANADA, delivery time is usually 4-7 business days, items shipped via Regular mail
- to the USA, delivery time is usually 5-10 business days, items shipped via Light Packet Air Mail. Items sent from Canada to the USA will pass duty-free if the total value does not exceed $200.
Refunds and Exchanges:
I hope that you will love your item, but if you have any concerns or questions, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of your item. Customer satisfaction is very important to me and I will work with you to correct any problems.
If a return is deemed necessary, the item should be returned in its original packaging, at your expense, within 5 days of receipt.
